We are coffee growers from the lush hills of Chikmagalur, a region renowned for its exceptional Chikmagalur coffee and rich coffee heritage. Alongside our cherished coffee plants, our family nurtures areca and pepper, deeply rooted in nature and tradition.

I’m Ashik, proud owner of Ameru Coffee Co. No matter where my career takes me, my heart remains tied to the land of my upbringing and the Chikmagalur filter coffee our family has cultivated for generations.

Coffee is woven into the fabric of our lives. In our household, it’s common to savor 5 to 10 cups of filter coffee powder a day, fueling us through long days on the farm with its gentle, uplifting energy, long before we understood the science of caffeine.

Over the years, whenever I shared that I’m from Chikmagalur, people would light up and say, “Oh, the land of Chikmagalur coffee! Can you bring me some coffee powder?” Those heartfelt requests sparked the creation of Ameru Coffee Co.
