Refund policy
At Ameru Coffee Co., we strive to deliver only the freshest and finest coffee. If you're not satisfied due to damage or defect, we're here to help.
Refunds for Damaged Products:
- Refunds are only applicable if the product or packaging is damaged upon delivery.
- You must initiate a refund request within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Send an email to info@amerucoffee.com with photos of the damaged item.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellations:
- You can cancel your order before it is packed for a full refund.
- If the order is packed but not yet shipped, a deduction of ₹40 will apply for reprocessing.
- No refund will be issued once the product has been shipped.
Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage.
